In one simple screen you can:
Select exercises from the exercise picker.

Visually see how much you have improved.
The exercise picker is a very fast scrolling selector with exercises in alphabetical order, as you select the exercise the screen will dynamically change to let you enter the values, for example a weight based exercise will give you weight and reps entries while time based will let you enter a time.
A library of exercises are built in but can be customized to your own needs, add, remove or update any exercise you want, three types can be added:
Weight based, i.e. Chest Press machine
Time base, i.e. Running
Other, i.e. Press ups
