Motivate yourself in the gym with this personal best app, a quick and simple tool to see how much you have improved on each exercise.

In one simple screen you can:

Select exercises from the exercise picker.
Set your starting point.
Set your Personal best
Visually see how much you have improved.

 

The exercise picker is a very fast scrolling selector with exercises in alphabetical order, as you select the exercise the screen will dynamically change to let you enter the values, for example a weight based exercise will give you weight and reps entries while time based will let you enter a time.

 

A library of exercises are built in but can be customized to your own needs, add, remove or update any exercise you want, three types can be added:

Weight based, i.e. Chest Press machine
Time base, i.e. Running
Other, i.e. Press ups
