Library Screen

A default set of exercises are created for you, you can add/remove or update this library for your own personal training needs.

Exercise types are:

Weight based for weight machines etc.
Time based for running etc.
Other - this is for any other types, press ups etc.

To add an exercise:

- Enter the category.
- Enter the name of the exercise.
- Select if the exercise is weight, time or other..
- Select to add.

The exercise will then be added in alphabetical order.

To edit an exercise simply roll the wheel to find an exercise you want to edit, edit the details and select to update.

Personal Best Screen

To update any exercise in the Personal Best screen simply roll the wheel and select any exercise, then either enter the values or move the slider, its as simple as that, the values will update dynamicaly and everything will save when you exit the application.
